Green sensibilities are gaining traction in the U.S., and on the opinion page of a recent Boston Globe issue, Douglas Foy and Robert Healy counter-intuitively argue that densely packed cities are in fact the greenest places to live.
“New York City, for example, is the most energy efficient place in America,” they state.
It’s hard to believe until you read their case.
