Every once in a while a song comes along that’s just too catchy and sunny to ignore. (Junior Senior’s “Move Your Feet” is a great example.) Sonny J’s “Can’t Stop Moving” is the latest one to come across my desk. It gets a digital release this week; you can also check out a homemade video on YouTube syncing the track to clips from the old Jackson 5 cartoon.
The sound is very up to the minute—it’s blissed-out sampledelic cut-n-paste wizardry ala the Go Team, plus filter effects taken straight from the Daft Punk bag of tricks—but it’s also reassuringly retro, with soaring soul vocal clips and vintage-sounding bass, strings and horns. In short, prepare to make a fool of yourself dancing around to this …

Oh yeah, this is amazing but don't overlook the video with all the official video clip with the almost mint perfect reenactment of 1970's UK council estate optimism to Sonny J's killer song.
It's also more than just a one hit wonder , it's one of those songs like Gnarl Barkley's "Crazy" or Lily Allen's "Smile" taht 100% defines the mood in London. It just does!
