Intern Lindsay Silberman is starting her engines:
This September, Cannonball Run World Events Limited presents the Second Annual Great American Run. The competition “pits competitors against the clock in five stages…and promises a lightning-quick assortment of the fastest cars in the world – from delicate exotics to brute muscle cars – all flashing across the spectacular desert and the mountain backdrops of the Great Basin.”
Sound cool? Just wait – it gets even better. The kickoff to the 3,000-mile race will be hosted by “The Girls Next Door” at the Playboy Mansion, and will include a performance by Grammy winning hip-hop artist Ludacris.
Those interested are required to pay a reasonable $20,000 entry fee. But hey, can you really put a price on a ticket to the mansion?
