Intern Lindsay Silberman has been spending the day on YouTube—working, apparently.
Pop-sensation Katy Perry’s debut album may not have hit store shelves yet, but that hasn’t stopped her first single “I Kissed a Girl” from being a strong contender for the song of the summer. The catchy single about the singer’s sexual experimentation has just reached number 2 on iTunes, and its video is making a push for a spot on Playboy’s Sexiest Music Videos this year.
Give it a watch (full disclosure: she doesn’t actually kiss a girl, but there is a sexy multi-girl pillow fight).

Glad she's poised to go big as the US needs to start turning out original songstresses and get a leg up Duffy, Lily Allen, Wino and Adele. Nice to see that Miss Perry is healthy as well!
