olivegarden.jpgWhile I will state that the Olive Garden did not condone our online “Girls of Olive Garden” pictorial on Playboy.com, it is wonderful to know that none of the girls will have any negative repercussions about their positions with the company.

I applaud Olive Garden for doing the right thing when their mouthpiece, Mara Frazier told the Orlando Sentinel, “What people chose do outside of work is an individual decision and we all have the freedom to participate in any legal activity in our private lives.”

Yes OG! We don’t live in a communist country where work dictates your off-the-clock life. I’ll never gag again when I eat the Tour of Italy.

It's nice to see from the linked newspaper article that at least one of the models actually has a last name.

Nice!

Too many companies want to OWN their employees! Thank God that the Olive Garden showed a little common sense and stayed in touch with reality here.

Think about it, a tiny bit of "exposure" in Playboy, is free marketing, it can't help but give a boost to sales!

Pluse, the Olive Garden being open minded enough to be cool about it, gives them even more positive exposure.

I love that playboy (Kendra) did this..I work for the olive garden in fort lauderdale FL, and i love it..I sent in my pictures but no response back :(..its oki..i had alot of fun doing it..The pictures came out great on the website..

Funny, you applaud the Olive Garden then in the next breath insult them by calling Mara a mouthpiece. That may be her job, but what's wrong with the word "spokesperson"? Say it with me: spokes-per-son. Kind of flows off the tongue, no?

Dude, don't go bringing communism into this. The whole point of Marxism is RIGHTS for workers, not repression!
