Usually when someone peddles up to the front doors of our Fifth Avenue offices, it’s a messenger making a delivery. However, last week the bicyclist in question was pro BMX rider Nigel Sylvester, dropping by for a quick meeting. Sylvester recently opened a BMX boutique in Queens called Format, and also signed a footwear deal with Nike 6.0. Not bad for a twenty year-old. The fear of maiming a nearby tourist kept Nigel from doing any tricks in front of our building.
