Farmer’s daughter Candice Cassidy was Playboy’s Miss June 2009. If you’re a true Playboy fan, you know that Candice made her first appearance with Playboy as a Cyber Girl in 2006 recreating old Centerfolds from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. She was so popular that Playboy made her a Playmate.
Hailing from Friendship, Ohio, Candice was raised on a 60-acre horse farm, where her parents breed Tennessee Walkers. “I love the farm,” she told Playboy. “I rode the horses and helped out in the barn, and I could have inherited the business. But my one true love was dance.”
Candice started dancing when she was three years old and her mother enrolled her in classes. Today she’s the proud owner of a successful dance studio, where she teaches tap, ballet, jazz, and lyrical dance four nights a week.
As a successful model, Candice Cassidy could do anything she wanted just about anywhere she wanted, but Miss June 2009 is staying put in Ohio. This country girl loves animals, and she’s the proud owner of two dogs, two cats, eight horses, and a goat.
“I love Los Angeles, and I love the parties at the Mansion, but the best part is coming home,” she said. Candice has been “commuting” to Los Angeles since her Cybergirl days. She flies to Los Angeles for Playmate engagements, and flies back in time to teach her tap class.
Candice has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shawnee State University, and said, “I’d like to put my Playmate money toward a master’s degree. Maybe invest in some local property.”
Candice is attracted to men who are confident and ambitious. “I have a weakness for bad boys with beautiful eyes,” she told Playboy. “Eminem would be my dream date.” Her turnoffs include arrogance, negativity, selfishness, and tighty-whities.
