Q. My friend says a woman should wear her panties under the garter. I say they are worn over the garter. Who’s right?

A. It depends on your date. A good girl wears her panties under the garter, so they’re harder to remove. A bad girl doesn’t have the patience to unhook her hose.

    Sorry, uk based, a garter is a single elasticised frilly band at the top of stockings. I presume you mean a suspender belt, an elastic belt, with tags used to hold up stockings (not pantyhose!).
    I guess the playboy staff don’t talk to each other, or alternatively have never been to a tarts n vicars party (the guys dress up as tarts, the girls as members of the clergy). From a simple functional basis (hint, hint) wear the suspender/garter under the knickers. Otherwise loo beaks (especially after a few beers) become a logistical nightmare.

    Yes, in the UK and the US a Garter is a single elasticized band at the top of the Stockings or an elasticized top band made right into the Stockings themselves. In the US we call a Suspender Belt a Garter Belt. My dear man you are so right, if you are going to wear Panties or Kickers ( I do not at all!) as you Brits say, by all means were them Over the suspender belt / garter belt. Much much easer to remove the panties or knickers to have sex or pee and pee after a few Pints. I suggest to do as I do and just not wear Panties or Kickers at all.
