1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on October 20th, 2009 at 8 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 30th, 2009 at 5 p.m. ET. Complete and submit the entry form on http://www.playboy.com/presstoplay . All email entries must be received by December 30th, 2009 at 5 p.m. ET. Playboy.com, Inc.'s ("PCI") database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Enter as often as you like, but only one entry per day, per email address will be accepted. Only those entrants with completed entry forms will be entered for a chance to win. Each entry must be submitted separately. Entries that are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified. PCI, Coty, Inc. and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and their respective employees, officers and directors (collectively, the "Group") are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or damaged e-mail or malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PCI, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants agree that PCI, Coty, and the Group (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. PCI assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant's computer system which is occasioned by accessing the website or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for PCI to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. PCI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be requested to provide PCI with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to PCI's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, authorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of PCI, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, PCI reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. In the event the PCI is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes or a particular Sweepstakes drawing as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within PCI's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, PCI shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in its entirety or the affected portion of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes or a particular portion of the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, PCI will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.

Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of the PCI. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Each contestant must be 21 years old or older at the time of entry and a U.S. resident. Employees (and relatives of such employees) of PCI, Coty and the Group, and judging organizations are not eligible. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. All entrants to this sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, U.S.A.

4. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Judges decisions in all matters relating to or arising out of the Sweepstakes are final. There will be one (1) winner who will be chosen at random from all eligible entries at the end of the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within one (1) week of the sweepstakes completion on December 30th, 2009. Prize must be redeemed not later than June 1, 2010. The winner will have seven (7) business days within which to respond to the prize winner notification. Failure to respond within such seven (7) day period will result in prize forfeiture and another winner being chosen. Such seven (7) day period within which to respond shall likewise be applicable to any alternate winner and such forfeiture as a result of failure to respond shall also apply to any alternative winner. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of PCI's prize obligation to the winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. PCI will send to the winner an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release for both winner and guest(s), which must be signed and returned within not more than seven (7) business days following winner's receipt of such affidavit and release. Such affidavit/release will be provided either via email, fax, or overnight mail and will include pre-paid overnight mail materials for return to PCI.

5. PRIZE. Prize is nontransferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. PCI has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if listed prize is unavailable. Prize may not be extended, transferred or refunded. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of the Grand Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded. PRIZE PACKAGE: (1) trip for two to either the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, California OR the Playboy Club at the Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, at winner's choice and subject to availability, including round trip coach air transportation for two departing from nearest airport to winner's home address, one night hotel accommodations (double occupancy) as selected by PCI; $500 spending money for meals and beverages, ground transportation to and from the venue (i.e. the Playboy Mansion OR the Playboy Club at the Palms Resort and Casino) and winner's hotel; a guided tour of The Playboy Club and the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa followed by dinner and drinks with one (1) Playmate chosen by PCI and subject to availability at a nightclub and/or restaurant at the Palms Resort & Casino OR a guided tour of the Playboy Mansion followed by dinner and drinks with one (1) Playmate chosen by PCI and subject to availability at a nightclub and/or restaurant chosen by PCI in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles, California. (Total estimated retail value: $4,600 but actual value will depend on point of departure from and return to airport nearest winner's home address). Any taxes, gratuities, ground transportation not specified above, and other personal incidentals are responsibility of winner. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel sometime between January 21, 2010 and June 1st, 2010.

Winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older. All costs and expenses not specifically listed herein, including but not limited to any taxes, gratuities, ground transportation, flight, hotel, and other personal incidentals are responsibility of winner.
