THE MR. FREEZE
- 6 oz. pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz. white rum
- 1.5 oz. blue Curaçao
- 3–4 blue raspberry Jolly Rancher candies
The night before, pour the pineapple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze it.
Crush the Jolly Rancher candies (try putting them in a plastic bag then using a rolling pin or hammer, whatever you prefer for your crushing activities) so they look like ice crystals. Then dump them onto a plate. Take a lime slice and rub it around your glass, then roll it through the crystals. Place the glass in the refrigerator. (Obviously this drink is best when cold.)
Put the pineapple juice ice cubes into a blender with rum and blue Curaçao. Blend until you get a smooth liquid. Pour into your chilled glass, and prepare for brain freeze.
