Miami is not only known for Art Basel and the wild parties at LIV, but also for its clean and modern architecture that line some of its most prestigious neighborhoods. And the Biscayne Bay residence, designed by Strang Architects, sets the standard for Miami modernism. The 25M lap pool is a central part of the home’s design, considering it goes right into the middle of it. Building materials included white stucco and Florida Keystone, and the home gets its transparent look from the impact-resistant sliding glass doors around the internal courtyard. Needless to say, you’d have no problem curling up next to the pool with a drink in hand.
