Make no mistake, yoga is tough! Sure, it’s a different type of workout than bench-pressing six 45-pound plates or doing an hour-long crossfit circuit. Just because you’re moving slowly doesn’t mean it’s easy by any means, though. Holding positions and concentrating on your breathing can be so difficult, not to mention it’s not only great for your physical condition but your mental condition as well.
Another plus to doing yoga is the amount of insanely hot women that partake on a regular basis. Any given yoga session at any given yoga facility (is it a gym? a yoga arena?) will boast some excellent eye candy to stare at while you’re bent backwards holding an impossible position.
