Featured in Miami Vice and USA Network’s Burn Notice, Rockhouse by architect Max Strang literally rocked the Miami architecture scene once it was completed in 2004. Looking to places like Sri Lanka and Bali for design inspiration, Strang furnished the home with original pieces from India. The name “rockhouse” comes from the house’s use of Miami’s local stone, oolitic limestone, and sits in the enclave of Coconut Grove. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms and an open floor plan that leads to a 3,800 square-foot terrace, you’ll never want to leave. Especially after you get a glimpse of the pool.
