With breathtaking views of the Saint John River to the west, Tinker’s Orchard was redesigned as a minimalist headquarters for a popular New Brunswick apple orchard. A small cider house and shed is attached to the home, allowing the owners and their growing family to combine both work and play. Traditional minimalist aspects are intertwined within the home, while the chic, colorful decor gives the home a unique feel. Designed by Acre Architects, the home is an ode to the quality and commitment of local ventures to combine self sufficiency energy standards. And the fact that you can walk outside the front door and grab a juicy apple, pear, cherries or plum is incredible its self.
