Alyssa Milano in Embrace of the Vampire (1994)

The new blood-soaked thriller Pathology (2007) chronicles the undoing of a group of medical students after one member suggests they compete to commit the perfect murder. Of course, such a plan can never stop at one murder and, as the future doctors succumb to their most diabolical impulses, the screen is ultimately awash with violence, sex and satisfying nudity … but don't expect any self-exposure co-star Alyssa Milano. The grown up (and out) star of TV's Who's The Boss? and the long-running witch series Charmed has been loath to go naked on-camera of late. Be grateful, then, that we'll always have her bare debut in Embrace of the Vampire (1994). Not only does Alyssa reveal her rack, rump and rug repeatedly, but at the 50-minute mark, she engages in a screen-scorching topless make-out session with luscious Charlotte Lewis.
