Monica Bellucci in Irreversible (2002)
The wild new action blowout Shoot 'Em Up (2007) stars British thespian Clive Owen as a badass who happens upon the bullet-riddled assassination of a pregnant woman in time to deliver her baby, and then feels responsible for protecting the newborn. The original hitmen have other ideas, though and, from there, Shoot 'Em Up explodes into one insanely over-the-top gun battle after another. Aiding Owen in his sudden adoptive fatherhood is statuesque Italian eyeful Monica Bellucci, who's best known stateside as "Persephone" in the two Matrix sequels. While crazy, cartoonish violence provides the kicks in Shoot 'Em Up, Monica's past filmography is rife with mind-and-lap-blowing nudity. Among her most mouth-watering titles are La Riffa (1991), Dracula (1992), L'ultimo capodonno (1998), Malena (2000), The Brotherhood of the Wolf (2001) and the controversial sex-crime shocker Irreversible (2002). Monica plays a victim in Irreversible, the plot of which plays out backward, but she shares some scorching on-screen moments with her real-life husband Vincent Cassell that make the movie an enduring skin classic. Anytime one lays eyes on Monica, he ought to be prepared to Shoot.
