The Scene: "We're in the middle of nowhere: six hours from Dallas, eight hours from Houston. There's nowhere to go, so people just party here. There are big blowouts every single weekend. Actually, I take that back. Every night there's somewhere to go. We are wild and crazy, and we can drink the rest of the Big 12 under the table."
Dorm-cest: "At any moment, somebody is getting laid somewhere at Tech. Especially when you're living in the dorms. On our floor, we would put a sock on the outside of our door when we were getting some. There were always five or six socks on people's doors at any time of the day."
Greek Love: "The Greek scene is really wild here. Once, I went to a fraternity date party, there was a couple getting freaky on the back of the bus. They were just having at it in public. I've never seen anything like it before. I was blown away.
Truck It: "If you're looking for a quickie, the place to do it is in the back of a pickup truck. We're a rural school with lots of farm boys, OK? It's terrible, but I can't tell you how many times I've done that."
