My name is Melissa but everyone calls me Missy. I was born and raised in New Orleans, La. (( GO SAINTS )) but I am of Honduran ethnicity. I currently work as an Human Resources Manager at a nursing home & rehabilitation center and I LOVE my residents here. I am definitely outspoken and that seems to get me into a little trouble sometimes but I love who I am. As you can see I am a HUGE Saints fan so yes of course I am football fanatic and it doesn't hurt that I work right across the street from the Saints training camp. I am so excited to be in the running for Playboy's Miss Social. Being in Playboy has always been my dream ever since I was a little girl!! I'm so excited, and ready to do anything to get this! Hopefully one day I will be a Playmate as well, I won't stop trying. I am very friendly and outgoing, I definitely know how to have fun! I waitress and I attend college for Business. Day Four Winner – Amy Madison

My name is Amy Madison, and I'm 23 years old, living in Mooresville, North Carolina, originally from Janesville, Wisconsin. I've wanted to be in Playboy since I was 6 years old, and after battling depression and weight gain as a teen, Playboy inspired me to lose over 60 pounds and realize that I need to do what I want to do with my life, and what's going to make me happy. I've never been more confident in myself, and I owe it all to Playboy. I want to show girls everywhere that ANYTHING is possible and to dream big!

I always wanted to model, but never thought I could do it, but I'm having the time of my life going for my dream and want to inspire others to do the same! On a beautiful spring day of March 12,1989 Mindy Cuiksa was born. Mindy Cuiksa was raised in a small town of red oak, Texas where the coolest place to hangout with your friends is the local Whataburger! Being from such small town has played huge part in her sweet, and down to earth personality. Mindy is the oldest of the three daughters that mike and Angie Cuiksa had. Just as interesting for the past four years Mindy's job has been working for her fathers company as a Roofer and Construction woman. Although being a roofer is very rough job for a woman, Mindy loves the lesson of hard work and the great satisfaction she gets from making people happy customers.

Another exciting accomplishment most people cant say they've done is Mindy was a cheerleader for the TV show Friday Night Lights for three seasons and filming is an event you cant explain it has to be experienced. In the end Mindy Cuiksa's life has really only just began and has lots more goals to be met and many dreams to try to be fulfilled.

Even though I was brought into this world 27 years ago on October 26th in Kirkwood, Missouri, I have always been a true southern belle at heart. This natural redhead was raised in the small coastal Mississippi town of Ocean Springs. Throughout my adolescence I endured much adversity from my parent's divorce to being bullied. Looking back this was the best possible path I could have taken.

I'm hypersensitive to a fault. I love music. I love my family. I love Christ. I love modeling and want to utilize it as a tool to show how positive your world can be by living and walking in love.
