Please include $6 for shipping within the U.S. and $15 for outside of the U.S. I would be happy to sign anything for you -- $12.50 for personalized or $14 for signature only. Don't forget to include a SASE for items you are sending me, and please specify how you would like your merchandise signed -- personalized or signature only.
