In 1979, I was seeking a change and packed up and moved to Los Angeles. I landed a job working at Universal Studios in the publicity department. I prepared scripts for directors and assisted movie stars with obtaining still pictures for promotional and personal use of the movies that they were in. I enjoyed the work that I had been doing in the entertainment industry and decided to learn more about the business. I enrolled in classes at KISS Broadcasting and earned a degree in 1982. Eventually I was offered the opportunity of a lifetime -- to do my own show! I have had my own TV talk show, The Carol Vitale Show, for 11 years, during which I have interviewed stars, Playmates, authors and even Hef himself. My show is aired on the cable USA Network.

I have also been very entrepreneurial, manufacturing a sensual lingerie glove, Daring Dainties Sensual Hand Lingerie, which has been featured in the Frederick's of Hollywood and Playboy catalogs. I also have a couple of items that I have invented, and to which I hold patents, so watch out for them. A lot of my time, though, is spent working on my website, www.carolvitale.com. The Internet is a very hungry entity and I have frequent photo and video shoots to keep my fans and website members happy. Stop by and check it out!
