Currently I am concentrating on being fit as part of the Playboy X-Treme Team. I travel all over with the team, competing in races that have included kayaking, running, biking, swimming and even swimming through mud. It is amazing to see how far you can push your body. I hope one day to compete in the Eco-Challenge -- the hardest adventure race in the world -- and maybe do a triathlon. Since I joined the team...I've been totally kicking butt!

My husband and I also write couples fitness articles together. He is especially perfect for this job. You might remember him -- Mitch Gaylord -- from the 1984 Olympics. We both heartily believe in living a healthy lifestyle and sharing our knowledge with anyone interested. We spend lots of time outside, biking through the Santa Monica Mountains, playing soccer and swimming with the kids. They're a bunch of athletes, just like Mom and Dad.

People ask me all the time, "How could you pose nude? And would you do it again?" Would I do it all over again? In a second. I've never regretted any of this. I've had some amazing experiences in my life, and Playboy definitely played a huge part in bringing me joy and success. And hopefully they can continue to help all our dreams come true!
