I
tend to avoid social events and parties due to having a very shy
and reclusive nature. I am also camera shy, so I have no desire
to be an actress. Had it not been for the comforting encouragement
of Alexis Vogel and the entire filming crew who pulled me through
those first awkward moments in front of a camera, I never would
have been in Playboy. I have yet to meet someone who works for Playboy
whom I don't absolutely adore. A certain photographer comes to mind
who gave me so many beautiful memories of diving among sharks and
swimming with wild dolphins. Even the fantasy of galloping bareback
through the surf was brought to life by this incredibly talented
and kind fellow.
I will always be grateful to Playboy for giving me so many fascinating
moments and for making so many dreams come true. I never could have
imagined that my fantasies inspired by National Geographic
would be granted by Playboy -- that I would get to have my own fascinating
encounters with the wildlife in Africa, the remote and natural land
of my dreams and the greatest experience of my life.
