I'm very excited to be a Playmate, and
I hope this experience offers even
greater opportunities for the future.
But I've found that the rigors of music
and modeling can be hard on the
body. To make it all possible, I had to
look long and hard at how I was caring
for my well-being. After studying under
Karyn Calabrese, a Chicago-based
nutritional counselor, I became a raw
foodist. The health benefits and
personal transformation I've
experienced from this have been
amazing, so much that it is my hope
to someday teach others what I've
learned. I would like to run my own
health institution someday.
