I
always wanted to be Playmate, though I had never seen
the actual magazine. My mother said she would disown me
if I posed nude, so I waited until I had completed my
B.A. in International Business Administration at the American
University of Paris and was on my own to do as I pleased.
My father never discussed the subject with me and still
hasn't to this day. While I was in Paris I also perfected
my now-fluent French.
I became a Playmate by submitting photos to Playboy's
Los Angeles photo editors. I then did a test shoot that
Hugh Hefner had to approve, which led me to do the real
thing: my Playmate pictorial, video, etc.
I loved my Playmate photo shoot. It was an extremely comfortable
and professional experience. I love the fact that the
entire Playboy team is made up of perfectionists. It was
tiring at times, but still quite glamorous. The makeup
artist, Alexis Vogel, is a true artist. My husband does
not want me to pose again, but I could persuade him if
the subject appealed to me, and if I could find the time.
My family is my priority and then comes my work. |
