Come out on top with Amanda Streich, our Miss December 2012. She’s tall – 5’9” – with dark blonde hair, ice-blue eyes and the kind of fine features best suited to the pages of a high-fashion magazine. Born in Plock, an historic city in central Poland, Amanda was a competitive swimmer when she entered the Miss Teen Poland competition. She was only seventeen, but her natural beauty put her at a definite advantage. Amanda placed second, but in the end, she came in first – she was recruited by an American talent agency and flown to New York City to work as a model. “I want to live without regrets,” she says. “I just want to be happy and successful in my work.” And successful she is. In less than two years, Amanda has modeled for big names like Calvin Klein and Victoria’s Secret, and now she’s Playboy’s Miss December 2012 – and the first Polish girl ever to grace our Centerfold. For now, Amanda is taking it all in – and living it up in New York City – but she misses her family in Poland. “New York is so beautiful this time of year,” she says, “but I’d love to be able to go home for Christmas. And maybe meet a boy.” At nineteen, Miss Streich is currently our youngest Playmate, but she knows who she is and what she wants – we’d say she’s more than ready for her close-up.
