Say ciao to Cybergirl Aurora Maria, an Italian import from Laveno Mombello, a commune on the shores of the Lago Maggiore. The brown-haired, brown-eyed Mediterranean beauty studied communications at the University of Insubria in Varese, with a focus on film and television production. After a stint on an Italian TV show, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actress. “I miss life in Italy,” she says. “My family, their values – and, of course, real Italian food. But I wanted to do something different.” When she’s not working or studying, Aurora spends time with her friends and boyfriend, who are as supportive of her work with Playboy as they are of her work as an actress. Aurora did some runway work in Milan, and promotional modeling for FME Jeans, but this is her first time posing nude. “I went to a casting call, and before I knew it, I got the call back,” she says. “It was a great experience – Josh Ryan and his crew made sure that I was comfortable, and the other girls I met were really nice.” For now, Aurora is pursuing her career as a model and actress, studying at the New York Film Academy and Promenade Conservatory in Los Angeles. “I’m in a transitional period,” she says, “and Playboy will give me the push I need to get ahead.” Take a good, long look - you don’t need binoculars to see that she’s miles ahead of the competition.
