Do it all with Jayde Nicole, our Miss January 2007 and Playmate of the Year 2008. She’s tall – 5’9” – and all natural, with dark brown hair, brown eyes and soft lips. Born in Scarborough, Ontario, she’s our third-ever Canadian Playmate of the Year, like Dorothy Stratten and Shannon Tweed before her. “I’ve been modeling since I was six years old,” says Jayde. “I was in college, but I left to pursue a career as a model.” Her mom handed her an issue of Playboy and told her to go for it. She submitted her picture, and five years later, Jayde is a Playmate of the Month and Year, has been featured on the cover, and is one of the most famous faces in reality TV. After she made Playmate, Jayde was featured on The Girls Next Door and The Bunny House, and she was a main character on Holly’s World. Most famously, she starred as Brody Jenner’s real-life girlfriend on MTV’s The Hills. These days, Jayde is a working model and actress in Los Angeles, and there’s a lot more where that came from. She’s a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with her own DVD and an advice column in the Playground. She’s a VIP hostess at AV Club, a favorite for Playmates, and venue for Katie Vernola’s recent 21st birthday party. Last, but not least, she owns the Touch of Class modeling agency in Ontario. In the rare event that she’s not working, the longtime vegetarian and PETA supporter spends time at home with her four Chihuahuas. “I’m always on the go,” she says, “but I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Neither would we, Jayde – neither would we.
