Search for “roller skate limbo queen” on YouTube and you’ll find a video of Laura demonstrating one of her many talents: doing the splits on skates. Though she likes to get down on the roller rink, the “burger and fries girl” doesn’t necessarily like to get dirty. Laura is a master organizer and a self-proclaimed neat freak with her own cleaning business. After hours, she kicks back with her friends or sets out on outdoor adventures. “I don’t drink, but I do love going out with my friends and having a good time,” she says. “I wakeboard, water ski, play tennis and, of course, organize!”
