I remember seeing the Lisa Lyon spread in the October 1980 Playboy and said to myself, "she looks like a strong animal." I said to myself, "You're going to start lifting weights!" I tore the picture showing her back out of the magazine and taped it to my front door so I'd see it every day as I left for work. She inspired me to get in shape that long ago.
