I'll tell the story of the first time I "met" Patti. We were in the summer of 2001. I was 15 and was rummaging through old stuff for donation in the basement, as my mom asked me. While I was looking for some toys, I accidentally found a Playboy magazine with the date of December 1981. But I confess I wasn't too excited, I thought it was just an old and uninteresting magazine from my dad. Besides, I thought women in 1981 wouldn't be nothing special. I just knew girls from recent times: fake blonde, skinny and with silicone. However, out of curiosity, I opened the central page to see how girls were twenty years ago. When I open the magazine, my jaw dropped. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Ahead of me was the most perfect woman I've ever saw. I stayed fixed in those boobs, so big and natural, as well as the pubic area, with hair so thick and fluffy. I was stunned. I turned the page to look the other photos. I never saw anything like that. The beauty and sensuality of that woman had me spellbound. I stood there enjoying that beauty almost an hour, until my mom came home. Fortunately I had enough time to relieve my "tension". I put the magazine in the same place and left the basement. Since then Patti is my number one Playmate.

Patricia Farinelli is one of the most beautiful women ever published in Playboy. Even today, almost 31 years after her release, she can boast of having fans of all ages and all over the world - only the best can get it. However, Playboy never made a new release of her pictorial, which means a great loss for her and her fans. There are many pictures on file that were never published, and even those that were published, not all are high quality pictures. So I think it's time for Patti fans to join and require Playboy to make a new release of Mrs Abbondanza pictorial, as has done it for other Playmates. Patti deserves it.
