Known since 1974 as the Bayou Classic, this is the Army-Navy game of historically black colleges, the only HBC game broadcast nationally. Last year, the Classic was played at Houston's Reliant Stadium, for obvious reasons, but this year it will be back in the Superdome. The Grambling State Jaguars are a powerhouse of Division I-AA football, the Southern Tigers not so much. But the game is just part of the festivities -- the intense one-upmanship of the Battle of the Bands often proves more interesting. But whatever -- as long as you're sipping something with crème and Galliano in it, you're likely in for a good time.
