Week 9:  Patriots at Colts, Nov. 4, 4:15 p.m.
What can be said about this rivalry that hasn't already been said? It features the game's two best QBs in Manning and Tom Brady, but this year, for the first time, the Colts have bragging rights after last season's thrilling 38-34 come-from-behind win in the AFC championship game. But don't be surprised if New England returns to its familiar role of hammer to Indy's nail this year.

Others to watch: Jaguars at Saints; Panthers at Titans; Broncos at Lions.

Week 10:  Lions at Cardinals, Nov. 11, 4:15 p.m.
Yes, you read that right: Lions-Cardinals. Two of the NFL's joke franchises could actually be playing a meaningful game against each other in November. The Lions have plenty of offensive firepower and the Cardinals are this year's trendy surprise pick, especially with new coach Ken Whisenhunt's creative offensive mind on the sidelines.

Others to watch: Colts at Chargers.

Week 11:  Bears at Seahawks, Nov. 18, 8:15 p.m.
The past two NFC champions meet in Seattle with the Seahawks looking for payback after being drilled in Chicago last year on national TV, 37-6. In the wide-open NFC, Seattle has reason to think it could get back to the Super Bowl now that running back Shaun Alexander is healthy again. And there are big questions in Chicago surrounding Rex Grossman, who many think isn't consistent enough.

Others to watch: Steelers at Jets; Panthers at Packers; Chargers at Jaguars; Cardinals at Bengals; Titans at Broncos.

Week 12:  Ravens at Chargers, Nov. 25, 4:15 p.m.
Fantastic matchup, and one that really shows just how much better the AFC is than the NFC. Both clubs would likely be the cream of the crop in the NFC, but are probably just second- and third-fiddle in the AFC to the Patriots. But hey, as last year's playoffs showed, anything can happen in January. Did anyone really think that the Colts would make it to Miami when the playoffs started?

Others to watch: Jets at Cowboys; Titans at Bengals; Broncos at Bears; Eagles at Patriots.

Week 13:  Packers at Cowboys, Nov. 29, 8:15 p.m.
Like Cutler-Manning, this one features a Hall of Famer vs. a neophyte as Brett Favre and the Pack take on Tony Romo's Cowboys, led by new coach Wade Phillips. This very well may (finally) be Favre's last season, and Green Bay and Dallas could be fighting for playoff spots at this point in the season. Phillips's low-key style will stand in stark contrast to former 'Boys coach Bill Parcells's combative, high-intensity approach.

Others to watch: Seahawks at Eagles; Patriots at Ravens.

The Cowboys signal caller Tony Romo squares off against the ageless Brett Favre in Week 13.
