Like most real estate, college bars rely on three things: location, location and location. Four Kegs -- situated at the end of fraternity and sorority row, just 100 feet from the Ohio State campus -- couldn't be sitting any prettier. The bar, previously known as the Flying Tomato, packs the house almost every night of the week with boozing Buckeyes in search of New Orleans-strength Fat Tuesday drinks, great music and a smoking bar staff.

The Scene: Keeping the bottom line in mind, Four Kegs is an oasis for those seeking cute chicks and cheap drinks, and it doesn't even charge cover on the weekend. During the summer months, you can relax on the giant patio. Friday nights you can try to Beat the Clock -- pitchers start at $2 and increase by $1 every hour. That's not enough? The bar has also hosted the top parties on campus with Playmates Stephanie Heinrich and Jennifer Walcott.

The Chicks at the Bar: With a staff of gorgeous female bartenders who make it worth your while to wait for last call, Four Kegs can lay claim to having some of Columbus' most beautiful barmaids. But it's no problem if you're not looking for a working girl, because the bar also plays host to some of the best sorority parties on campus. "There are no chicks like the ones who come in here," says John Sept, a mechanical engineering major. "They come nasty and leave nastier."

When to Go: It's hard to decide the best night for partying at Four Kegs, since there's rarely an off night. But the Saturday morning when Ohio State plays Big 10 rival Michigan is an annual party you can't miss. Rise and shine with kegs and eggs at dawn, watch the game on one of the bar's big-screen TVs and, if you're still standing, dance to the sounds of the Internet jukebox, which has enough songs to outlast the most tenacious tailgater.

Dress Code: Four Kegs is one of the few campus watering holes that attracts the entire student body, so you'll feel comfortable wearing just about anything. You can go mid-week in nothing more than sweats and a baseball cap, check out Western night in boots and a belt buckle, or go formal with slacks and a stylish shirt. "It doesn't matter what you look like when you walk in," says Steve Plogsted, an electrical engineering major. "All that matters is how strong your game is."

At the Bar: The house specialty, a particularly potent blend of eight liquors and three types of fruit juice invented by manager and mixologist Jerome Franz, will knock even the most party-tested frat boy on his ass. Known as "liquid dope," it's the perfect catalyst for a wild night. "Who knows what's in that pitcher," says product design major Steven Rechnitzer, "but thumbs up to it!"
