For students at the University of Central Florida tired of their tourist town trappings, the Orlando Ale House offers a different kind of getaway. Stationed right outside the castle walls of the Magic Kingdom, the Ale House is the local haven for UCF students looking to mix and mingle with Disney's college interns or just kick back and indulge in some sports, cold beer, palm trees and beautiful female scenery.

The Scene: Like the other seven Ale Houses spread across Florida, this sports bar is flooded with fans on big game days -- Gator and UCF football matchups are the big draws, and a whopping 38 TVs peppered around the bar give everyone a stellar sideline view. Sports memorabilia drips from the walls and the folks tending bar often provide lively halftime entertainment, but even athletics play second fiddle to the Ale House's main attraction: This is the stomping ground for college hotties from around the globe enrolled in Disney's college internship program. These ladies all live together (and drink together) at Vista Bay, a housing complex in nearby Buena Vista which, fittingly, means "great view." And what a view it is. Every few months, the House of Mouse enlists a new batch of gorgeous coeds to work, enjoy the Florida sun and get friendly with the local lucky college guys. So friendly, in fact, that for years Vista Way has been nicknamed Vista Lay. "The best thing about Vista girls is that the older I get, they stay the same age," says Spickler, an education junior at UCF.

Chicks at the Ale House: Like your coeds exotic? Prefer the all-American girls the Sunshine State is known for? Either way, they're all standing shoulder to bare shoulder at the bar. Mixed in with UCF's local sun-kissed honeys are ladies from around the U.S. and Disney's international assortment of imported coeds, all looking for a little fun in the Florida sun. "This is the best pick-up spot," says Maureen, a psychology junior at UCF. "There's always a good chance of finding someone and taking them back to your place." Scott, an Ale House bartender, adds that he's seen plenty of college guys make winning plays on game days during his four years behind the bar: "This is hookup paradise for guys and girls. During college games there are a lot of fine women here, ready for the picking."

When to Go: Thursday is the hot night for students, and Saturdays and Sundays pack in the sports fans. Keep your eyes open and occasionally you'll catch local celebrities here: The Orlando Magic and members of 'N Sync have warmed the Ale House's benches, and even Tiger Woods has been known to stop by during a home visit.

Dress Code: Keep it casual, but leave your torn football jersey and nappy sweats at home. Even on game days, guys dress to impress because the women are always watching.

At the Bar: When it comes to beer here, bucket is the magic word: Five bucks will get you the same number of choice, cold longnecks on ice. And with more than 50 brews on draft, this is a proven beer lover's paradise.
