Playboy.com: What qualities drive you wild in a man?
Confidence. It’s a big turn-on when he’s really sure about himself and his surroundings.
Playboy.com: How will a guy know you’re into him?
I’m pretty straightforward and wear my heart on my sleeve, so you’re going to know if I like you and you’re going to know if I hate you. I’d just tell him, no bullshit.
Playboy.com: Do you believe in love at first sight?
Love at first sight is for fairy tales. I don’t believe in love at first sight.
Playboy.com: How do you express yourself?
I express myself through body language.
Playboy.com: What are you focusing on right now?
I have my nursing license, but I am focusing on modeling and really expanding my career on that end. I’ve been working a lot with different photographers and auditioning a lot so I’m seeing where that goes. I have done a couple of shoots for Playboy; I’ve also worked on a few other lingerie shoots and skits, as far as acting goes.
Playboy.com: What is your perspective on glamor/nude modeling?
Nude was definitely something I had to accomplish. I always viewed Playboy as really liberating and classy; you have to have the utmost confidence to pose naked in the pages of Playboy. The world is able to see you completely naked. It is a very challenging decision, I think, because a woman thinks about her future and how her kids or boyfriend in the future would react. There are a lot of girls that have done it and are older now, it’s something they look back at and cherish and is something that has furthered them in their life. Nude modeling becomes about modeling you instead of modeling the clothing on your body.
Playboy.com: What have you learned about yourself through shooting with Playboy.com?
I’ve done a couple of pictorials now for Playboy.com, and I’ve learned I have a lot less confidence than I thought I did. It was a bit of a reality check for me. I still have a lot of growing to do as far as modeling goes; it’s a push in the right direction. It’s been an amazing experience. Playboy.com has taught me to keep pushing forward and never give up.
Playboy.com: What are your favorite physical attributes?
My favorite physical attributes would definitely be my legs or my backside: I work on them a lot, I’m in the gym all the time. I think for any woman legs and a nice behind are always the best.
Playboy.com: How do you keep in shape?
I’m a total gym rat. I’m always in the gym lifting weights. I’m absolutely neurotic about going to the gym — if I don’t go for a day or two I miss it. I like hiking and being outdoors and doing something different; I don’t like staying inside. Most of the time I’m in the gym, doing yoga or at a cycling class. Whatever it takes to get the body moving.
Playboy.com: What is your biggest vice?
Food. I’m the worst when it comes to dieting for a shoot; I cheat [on] my diets. I love food; it’s horrible because it’s such an addiction, but it is what it is.
Playboy.com: Who is your favorite sex icon?
Any Playmate that’s in the centerfold pages of Playboy; they’re always super hot and total sex icons in my opinion. In 2001 there were so many hot Playmates. I love the girls from that year, I think it’s because they still have that ’90s look. Bigger hair, lip liner, the Baywatch kind of thing. Playmate Carrie Stevens is one of my friends and she’s an amazing person. She’s got the entire package: super refined and classy, always well presented, vibrant. When I see her at the Mansion she’s always on point with her looks and is super sweet. She’s my favorite. As far as males, I’m not really into the actor type because they’re always smaller in person. I’d have to go with an athlete. Cristiano Ronaldo is always super hot!
Playboy.com: Have you met any celebrities that are shorter in real life then they are in the movies?
I used to work for a company that would do a lot of wrap parties for shows and movies. My manager would always tell me to steer clear of the paparazzi and use the back elevator. I wouldn’t know half the actors because I don’t watch TV and am not up to date on current events. When I would see some of them I’d think they were absolutely miniature size — they’re just not what I expected in person.
Playboy.com: Can you be more specific?
Well, we all know David Spade is really tiny.
Playboy.com: Have you been to the Playboy Mansion?
I’ve been to the Mansion a couple of times on movie night — it’s intimate and I’ve met some really cool people at the Mansion. I haven’t met Hugh Hefner yet, but that’s definitely on my bucket list. The Playboy Mansion is a lot different than I expected. A lot of people just think it’s naked chicks running around, having a party, sex, sex, sex. I went on a Sunday night Mansion Movie Night and it was relaxed and very low key; it was almost like a giant family. We all had dinner and watched a movie and caught up. It was a lot of fun.
Playboy.com: What would your fans be surprised to know about you?
I’m a huge sports fan. A lot of people don’t think models are up to date on their sports. I think a lot of people would also be surprised to know I’m a licensed nurse. I’m really into baseball and football. Being from L.A. we never really had a football team growing up, and I definitely don’t like the Raiders — I’m a huge Green Bay Packers fan. My favorite baseball team is the Red Sox. When I was five my first baseball game ever was at Fenway stadium. If you’ve ever been to Fenway you can just feel the American tradition and the old feeling of that stadium.
Playboy.com: Are you a good cook?
Yes! My grandmother is Columbian. She sat me down at seven and said, “If you don’t know how to cook as a woman then you’re worthless,” so she handed me a pot and I learned how to cook rice.
Playboy.com: What is the best thing that you can cook?
I’m actually really good at baking. I do it a lot, especially when I’m upset I go to baking. I can cook everything; Columbian food. I know my way around the kitchen.
Playboy.com: What are your goals for the new few months?
I really want to venture out to Miami and pursue more modeling. My other goal is to test out again for Playboy Playmate and see where that takes me.
