Las Vegas is all about indulging. We prefer keeping it on the classy side when we visit Sin City, but we’ve been known to stray away onto the seedy casino floors to try our luck at the quarter slots. Another way to test Lady Luck is to try to score a seat at the most exclusive restaurant, with only two sittings of eight people, run by none other than José Andrés. Located in his own flagship Las Vegas Spanish Tapas restaurant lives the molecular gastronomical playground é. There’s no online booking system, no number to call and no maître d’ you can bribe at the door; all reservations are done via e-mail. If you become one of the lucky 16, you’ll be treated to quite the show from the sous chefs. From liquid nitrogen cocktails to truffle cotton candy topped with edible gold flakes, this place definitely takes the cake for best place to be seen or, we suppose, unseen.

If any of your friends are heading to Paris, be sure to send them with an extra traveler’s check for 26,100 euros. The noted watchmakers Girard-Perregaux are currently selling a limited run of this retro-inspired 1966 chronograph “Doctor’s Watch,” available exclusively at Dubail boutique at Place Vendôme in Paris. The only catch is that there are only 20 pieces available. We’re sure you must know someone who works for Girard-Perregaux that can put one on reserve, right? Taking inspiration from one of the original Doctor’s Watches they produced back in 1949, this timeless piece is a must-have for any watch collector.

If you’re fresh off your stint at SXSW there are two things on your mind. A) You’re giving thanks to whatever you pray to because you haven’t gotten diabetes from your steady diet of Texan barbeque, beer and free dessert, and B) you never want to carry around a heavy bag full of your gadgets again. That’s where the designers over at HEX come in with their good-looking, superslim sleeve that can fit a 13” Macbook Pro as well as an iPad in a quality water-resistant case that can be worn as a backpack or across the body. We love it because it can carry a lot of stuff, it’s nonintrusive and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Our lovely centerfolds have played a big role in your life. Anyone we ask “What was your first Playboy memory?” always cites which centerfold or Playmate was in the first Playboy they stole from their dad (that’s nearly always the case). To commemorate the beautiful women who have graced our magazine in twofold, we’ve immortalized them all in a gorgeous hardcover copy of The Complete Centerfolds. With over 600 women in this full-sized volume, it’s a must-have for any adoring Playboy.

March 31st is the day Game of Thrones finally comes back to HBO for its third season. The boys over at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, N.Y. have partnered with HBO to create a new beer called the Iron Throne Ale, which was first unveiled at a special SXSW Game of Thrones tasting. “We are extremely pleased to have selected Brewery Ommegang; while there’s a lot of competition in the marketplace, Ommegang’s expertise and attention to detail in the industry make them the perfect fit for the Game of Thrones brand,” said Josh Goodstadt of HBO. “Capturing the authenticity, essences and nature of the show, Iron Throne has the richness, quality and all of the elements one would expect in a fine ale.” Iron Throne Ale will be nationally available on draft and in 750 ml bottles in mid- to late March.
