“If a man is unable to satisfy a Hastini, or Elephant woman, he should have recourse to various means to excite her passion. At the commencement he should rub her yoni with his hand or fingers, and not begin to have intercourse with her until she becomes excited, or experiences pleasure. This is one way of exciting a woman.” – Kama Sutra, Part VII, Chapter II, “Of the Means of Exciting Desires”
Let’s put a few things in context. One: The “yoni” is the vagina. Yoni is a much nicer word.
Two: “Elephant woman” is not an arcane designation for a woman’s depth of character. Instead Elephant Woman, as per the Kama Sutra, refers to the depth of the yoni (refer to point one).
Three: This was written at a time when they had not yet discovered the wonder of batteries. To ensure she gets “excited, or experiences pleasure,” try some sex toys.
