Brilliantly Classic Holiday Style: Shaken and Stirred.
Happy Holidays! This year, mix the perfect style cocktail. Break with tradition and pull yourself together in an unexpected way: Amp up your look with rich jewel tones and plaids. Overdress without being a formal buzzkill. Pair a denim shirt with your tux. Try a velvet dinner jacket with casual jeans. Go vest instead of jacket. Sweat the small stuff. Add the right bow tie, boutonniere, pocket square, smoking slippers and cuff links. Comb your hair.
This night out was inspired by and photographed at NYC restaurant and beer mecca Flatiron Hall. Owner Jon Bloostein transformed an old sporting goods store into a hip night spot. Vintage area rugs, a Victorian bar, 1940s and ’50s art sketches and antiques from Bloostein’s own personal collection dress up the casual space. Stay upstairs for signature cocktails like the Mark Twain and Perfectly Manhattan or head downstairs to the beer hall and enjoy Greenpoint Beerworks’ personal recipes.
Join the party and celebrate New Year’s Eve at Flatiron Hall. (Tickets for sale online only.)
