Clean Bed Sheets a Major Turn-On for Women & Men

What gets people in the mood for sex? Do the major turn-ons differ between the sexes? A new poll tried to answer these questions by asking 2,000 people for their top 10 turn-ons. These answers were then collated into a top 10 list for each sex, and there are some surprising differences and some surprising similarities. The biggest surprise might be the number two turn-on for both men and women: Clean sheets!

Yes, it seems fresh bedding is an aphrodisiac and the best way to set up a sexy atmosphere. Find out more and see the rest of the results of the poll at Mirror.co.uk.

The Myths of Millennials’ Sex Lives

The media loves reporting on Millennials, the generation born between the early 1980s and 2000, with a large amount of the coverage in the handwringing vein of “oh the wild, shiftless kids of today.”

The sex lives of Millennial young adults are particularly singled out, with many pundits telling us that the bright young things have abandoned committed relationships; Generation Y is all about a culture of sexting, casual sex and immediate gratification. A new article on Huffington Post, “3 Things We're Tired of Hearing about Millennial Sex,” tackles the prominent media clichés about the sex lives of Millennials by countering the tropes with actual research. Combining Magic Tricks & Pickup Lines: Prank Video

Two guys roam a college campus and try to pick up random women by combining lame magic tricks with cheesy pickup lines in this funny prank video. We admire them for their bravery, not only for daring to make fools of themselves but also for risking bodily harm from annoyed boyfriends.

Obviously, none of the attempted pickups work (the most they get is a kiss on the cheek), but this particular method of meeting women is really not supposed to generate results. That said, we really wish we could do some of the tricks in the video as we’re pretty sure we’d clean up at the club with a few magical techniques at our disposal.

Men Like Looking at Women’s Chests...& So Do Other Women

Science reached another important breakthrough this week with the discovery that men look at women’s breasts more than at women’s faces. Okay, perhaps this isn’t that surprising.

What is: An unanticipated discovery is women’s gazes are drawn not to the faces of other women, but to other women’s chests as well. These findings come from experiments where researchers hooked both men and women up to devices which tracked the participants’ eye movements while showing them photos of women. The gaze of both sexes focused more on the breasts and bodies of the girls in the pictures than on their faces. Get the full story at USAToday.com.

Men Worry More Than Women About Penis Size

It seems many men have at least some anxiety about the size of their member, but recent research is showing that most men have nothing to worry about. It turns out that the majority of guys are at a size well within the average. Plus, women don’t worry much about it anyway. Find out more in this article all about “penis shame” at LiveScience.com.
