Wine Crash Course at the L.A. Food and Wine Festival

Dani Mathers and Playboy.com attended the second annual L.A. Food and Wine Festival to scope out all of the good eats and rub shoulders with some of the biggest names in the culinary world. Not only does Dani love food, she also has a love for  wine that goes along with the haute cuisine dishes that make her melt.

The Playboy TV star  headed to the sold-out Lexus Grand Tasting event to talk with sommelier DLynn Proctor, Robert Perkins and Ray Isle the Executive Wine Editor for Food & Wine Magazine, about what you need to know when you’re picking out a wine to pair with your meal and what to do when you’re left with the daunting task of choosing a wine to go along with a dish at a restaurant.
