Playmate Editor Holly Madison is on the hunt for our 55th Anniversary Playmate. As part of Playboy's extensive search for this special Centerfold, Holly has invited women from across the country and around the web to submit their videos on YouTube. Since then dozens of beautiful applicants have posted audition clips online, each one vying for a chance to meet Hef's number one girlfriend and win an all-expenses-paid trip to L.A. for a bona fide Playmate test shoot. One might even become Miss January 2009!

Holly will be announcing all six winners throughout July, so be sure to check this page for more updates over the next few weeks. And get ready to see the Playmate test shoots of these six beauties in the coming months!
