Although I never did make it to dental school, I continue to be intrigued with the human body. I read any medical literature I can get my hands on, but I study nutrition and health from a more holistic standpoint. I incorporate this fascination into my personal life and I try to help others live a healthier lifestyle. I firmly believe that prevention is far better than treatment. I eat only organic foods and add healing herbs into my diet. I also meditate before bed, which has really made me feel more peaceful and blessed.

Playboy has taught me to be more open-minded about people and to learn to like their imperfections, not just their strong points. Traveling around the world with Playboy has given me the opportunity to study all sorts of cultures and it really has opened my eyes. When I think about religion, I actually consider myself a Catholic with a Buddhist twist. I believe that we're all here to learn, grow and evolve, but there are many different paths that we can take in order to achieve our goals.
