The Christi Kyss Drink Recipe
Cupid's drink of choice this Valentine's Day is the Christi Kyss created by Dalio Calado, head mixologist at Giorgione Restaurant in New York City. Preparation:

Put lemon sorbet and vodka into a shaker with just a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass. In another shaker, mix the raspberry puree and St. Germain, top the glass slowly with it. Garnish it with a fresh raspberry.

Raspberry puree can be prepared on a blender or muddled.

Combine: 1 oz. fresh raspberries, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 oz. of St. Germain
