Playmate Shawn Dillon first showed off her year-round Florida tan as Miss February 2013. Shawn was raised in Sarasota, Florida, and has lived around the Florida coastline all her life. She is the epitome of a true beach girl, with two perfect tattoos on her feet—a scuba diver and a shark. When she isn’t fishing, surfing, wakeboarding, or scuba diving, the Playmate is busy winning swimsuit competitions from Vegas all the way to the Bahamas.
Shawn knew early on that being in front of the camera was something she was passionate about. She started modeling when she was in high school for swimwear brands and then headed into print work. The 5-foot-7 beauty is a cover model for Teeny B Bikinis and Body by Brazil. Her natural Florida look and tall figure are perfect for strutting around in a bikini.
Shawn’s February 2013 pictorial was shot in a natural location for Dillon—the Florida Keys. Photographer Tony Kelly photographed the Florida babe wakeboarding and swimming around the ocean. “It represents me 100 percent,” she told Playboy. “When they told me I was going to be shooting down in the Keys, I figured it was perfect. I got to swim around nude all day.”
She follows a long list of other Playmates who have connections to the Tampa Bay area, including Kyra Milan, Kristina and Karissa Shannon, and Spencer Scott.
Shawn loves fishing. Her best catch was a 44-inch mahi-mahi, which she netted in the Bahamas. She has three brothers with whom she would constantly fish when she was younger, whether it was on a boat or in the lake in her backyard. “I’m a great fisher. We still have competitions to see who can catch the most or biggest fish,” she said.
Even though being a model has always been the main focus for Shawn, she wants to try her hand at acting as well as develop her own skin care line. As a Playmate Shawn has traveled to Puerto Rico to model for a Playmates.com shoot with fellow Playmate Miss November 2005 Raquel Gibson. Naturally, the shoot was on a beautiful beach with Dillon soaking up the sun.
“I’m a mermaid,” she said. “I’m happiest in the water.”
