From Bronx babe to big-screen beauty. We first saw Stacey Dash’s impossible green eyes in Clueless in 1995, when she played the sharp-tongued super-hottie Dionne. Dash was in her late 20s at the time but played a bouncy 17-year-old alongside Brittany Murphy and Alicia Silverstone. She was back shortly after that in the TV edition of Clueless and has stacked her resume with several other TV and movie appearances, including Illegal in Blue, a low-budget, highly erotic film starring Stacey as a nightclub singer, with “Clueless star reveals all!” printed across the top of the cover.
In 2006 she was featured in Playboy. Her stunning features have only gotten sharper with age, with People magazine including her on a list of people who look half their age. In an interview with Latina magazine, she credits her clean-eating habits—no bread, mostly fruit, veggies, and brown rice—and regular workouts.
She also explained a bit about what her Mexican ancestry means to her (she’s also part Afro-Barbadian). “Right now I’m learning Spanish because I never learned it growing up,” she said. “Hopefully I can get to do more roles if I get my Spanish right.”
Stacey has been married three times. Her first husband, Brian Lovell, is the father of at least one of her two children. She’s currently dating Rick Leventhal, a senior news correspondent at FOX, where Stacey is a contributor for cultural analysis and commentary.
Stacey turned her celebrity status toward the political when she endorsed Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election, bringing the Clueless star back into the public spotlight and creating what might become a second career on the screen.
