The resort's two-night "No Rings, No Strings" promotion lets you inconspicuously check in under famous lovers' names like "Mr. Big and Carrie Bradshaw" and stay indoors to enjoy private tantric yoga instruction and turndown amenities like body oils, candles, rose petals, strawberries and fresh whipped cream without the distraction of telephones, alarm clocks or TVs.

WHAT'S COOKING: Cuban-born chef Luis Pous creates global and seasonal dishes at the Dining Room, but to really seal the deal, arrange for the chef to serve you a private sunset dinner at Palapa Point, an intimate tiki hut set up on the water's edge.
