Though its exterior doesn't resemble most men's stores on this list, Cuffs Clothing Company fits in perfectly with the picturesque surroundings of a quiet Cleveland suburb. But don't mistake its laid-back setting for a second-rate store; Cuffs is as high-end as they come, with floor-to-ceiling racks of Oxxford, Belvest and other premier labels. As if a natty suit from an expert tailor wasn't reason enough to consider a stop in Chagrin Falls, Cuffs offers its customers an in-house wine and champagne store, an art gallery and the country's first privately owned Hermés boutique. Since opening the store in 1981, owner Rodger Kowall has been able to bring more excitement and elegance to his client's wardrobes. "We've continually upgraded, from basic American clothing to an eclectic spread of the world's finest designers," he says.
