What makes it so unique? Well, in India, eating beef is banned because it is a sacred animal. But the Mahendro brothers aren’t in India, they’re in LA, and they love beef. So at Badmaash they build a North India-style curry that includes cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, chili powder, tomatoes, red wine and more, then braise the short rib for hours.
