In this week’s episode of Tasting Notes, Patrick Cappiello, the award-winning wine director at Rebelle in New York City, shows us how to make a French 75. A classic cocktail that uses sparkling wine and gin, the French 75 is the perfect summertime cocktail. All it takes is a shaker filled with ice, 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of simple syrup, and sparkling wine. Patrick uses a Crémant from Bourgogne, but you can use Champagne, Prosecco, or any dry sparkling wine.
