Cleveland Indians pitcher C.C. Sabathia, Playboy cover girl Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon (of NYPD Blue fame), a team of Playmates and a veritable warren of Bunnies welcomed hundreds of celebrities and baseball fans to the Crown Royal Playboy Lounge on the eve of the All-Star Game in San Francisco. The Galleria at San Francisco Design Center was retrofitted into a star-studded, invitation-only Playboy Club, complete with a Crown Royal Barber Shop where partygoers took advantage of a little trim. Guests included New York Yankees clothier Alyssa Milano, Curb Your Enthusiasm's Jeff Garlin, In Case of Emergency co-star Jonathan Silverman, Minnesota Twins outfielder Torii Hunter, former Yankees catcher Jim Leyritz, sports announcer Joe Buck, all-star 49er Jerry Rice and New York Met David Wright. DJ Jazzy Jeff brought down the house spinning disks through the night hours. The affair raised more than $25,000 for Save the Bay.
